Brewing & Flavor
Brezi is a temperature-controlled cold brew system, not an iced coffee maker.
At its core is a compact, high-precision thermal control module that can raise the brewing temperature to 70 °C (158 °F) within seconds, then rapidly lower it to 5 °C (41 °F).
This allows Brezi to activate coffee through a brief hot bloom, then immediately switch to a precisely controlled cold drip.
Unlike iced coffee, which relies on hot extraction and ice, Brezi controls temperature, flow rate, and timing throughout the entire brew—producing a true cold-brew flavor profile in minutes instead of hours.
Most people describe it as sitting between cold drip coffee and iced pour-over.
The result is a clean, clear, and bright cup, without the heaviness or muted flavors often found in long-steeped cold brew.
