How brezi brews

Aroma and bitterness both need heat. Aroma gets there first.

So we take one minute hot bloom — long enough for the aroma, and right before the bitterness shows up.

Built by people who wanted one.

bre:zi started in a Hong Kong apartment in 2023 — engineers and designers who run early and wanted cold brew when they got back, not the next day.

Two years of prototyping, failing and recalibrating, in between runs. What came out is the machine on this page.
