Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

U.S. Shipping (Ships from California)

Fulfillment: Ships from our California warehouse

Carrier: UPS Ground (or equivalent)

Estimated transit time: Typically 2–7 business days after dispatch

Free shipping: Available on U.S. orders $200+ (USD)

Australia Shipping (Ships from Shenzhen, Duties & Taxes Included)

Fulfillment: Ships directly from our Shenzhen warehouse

Carrier: FedEx

Estimated transit time: Typically 4–8 business days after dispatch

Free shipping: Available on Australia orders $300+ (AUD)

Duties & taxes: Included for Australia shipments (we cover import duties/VAT/GST where applicable)

International Shipping (Ships from Hong Kong / Shenzhen, Duties & Taxes Not Included)

Fulfillment: Ships from our Hong Kong or Shenzhen warehouse, depending on destination and inventory availability

Carriers: FedEx / DHL (or equivalent), depending on destination

Free shipping: Available on standard international shipping for orders $200+ (USD), unless otherwise shown at checkout.

Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For destinations outside Australia, import duties, VAT/GST, and any customs-related fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.

If customs charges are refused, the shipment may be returned or abandoned by the carrier. Any return shipping, handling, or related fees incurred may be deducted from your refund.
