Brezi started from a simple problem: after a morning run, we wanted cold brew — smooth, low-acid, refreshing. Not 24 hours later. Now.
We're engineers and designers who train. 6 AM starts. Wet shoes. That specific thirst that only hits after you've already pushed hard. We kept reaching for cold brew that wasn't there — or wasn't worth reaching for.
Traditional cold brew takes 12–24 hours. We figured there had to be a better way. So we built one. Two years of testing, prototyping, failing, recalibrating — in between runs, late nights, and too much coffee.
The result: 10 minutes. Full extraction. 67% less acid than hot brew. No compromise on flavour — we actually think it tastes better.
What started in a Hong Kong apartment is now used by 8 world and national coffee champions, 100+ specialty baristas, and people like us — who just want great cold brew when they need it.
