Our founders, Jackson and Graves, epitomized this spirit of curiosity, innovation, and fun. As avid coffee lovers, they were frustrated by the lack of machines on the market capable of meeting their unique brewing needs. Tools that were precise, versatile, and genuinely exciting to use simply didn’t exist. They quickly realized they had the perfect blend of creativity, technical know-how, and enthusiasm to fill this gap.

Driven by a shared vision and boundless energy, the team set out to rethink coffee gear by applying advanced ideas from their previous careers, from precision motor engineering and sensing technologies to a Tesla-inspired hybrid thermal control architecture that enables precise temperature transitions and perfectly balanced cold brew in record time.
